Aslıhan Kabukçu (born in 1987, Denizli, Turkey) lives in Istanbul. She studied composition and sound technologies at Istanbul Bilgi University, Department of Music. She works on new and electronic music composition, the interaction of sound with other disciplines and sound design. Most recently, she has produced conceptual work questioning individual and social awareness within the frame of the concept of cognisance, and the relation between sound art and experience-cognition.
