Curated by Elmgreen & Dragset, a good neighbour features the works of 56 artists who explore the notions of home, neighbourhood and belonging. In this delicate moment when we are challenged with a global pandemic, the 15th Istanbul Biennial unfolds the concept of home beyond the idea of shelter and suggests a contemplation on the significance of solidarity.
