Inez Piso is a curator and researcher living in Amsterdam and Istanbul. Piso studied Art History at Universidad Autónoma in Madrid and holds a graduate degree in Contemporary Art and the History of Visual Culture. She has worked at the exhibition/gallery departments of MNCARS Reina Sofia and CA2M Dos de Mayo Art Centre and also as an assistant curator at ARCOMadrid. Some of her more recent curatorial projects include Living with Ghosts at Schloss Ringenberg (Germany), the performance project Breathing Space at Arnhem Museum (Holland), ) De Schaduw van de Haan at Vishal (Holland) and  Silent Squares in Karaköy and Sit, stand, walk! in Istanbul. Currently, she is conducting a research project in Istanbul on the silence of/in the language with the support of the Mondriaan Fund.
