Berke Doğanoğlu (b. 1990, Tekirdağ) lives and works in Istanbul. He graduated from Sabancı University Department of Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design in 2012. He completed the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Studio Art (Painting and Drawing) programme at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015, followed by his master's degree at the Visual Arts and Visual Communication Design Department at Sabancı University in 2018. In his paintings, he deliberates on the material existence of the human body and looks for ways to integrate these thoughts into the material. The common denominator of his paintings is a state of vulnerability, which is a result of being alive and in this body regardless of gender and age. Among the exhibitions he has participated in are Genç Yeni Farklı, Zilberman Gallery, Istanbul (2015) and Mamut Art Project (2016).
